We gladly accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, alongside digital payment options such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and AfterPay (available in the US and Canada). PayPal is offered for customers in the US, UK, and Canada. Please note that prepaid gift cards, checks, and money orders are not supported at this time.
Shipping Destinations
Our products are available for delivery across the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia, and France. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer to arrive. For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses, and cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by such services.
Shipping Notes
Please be aware that fragrance items travel exclusively via ground shipping, and orders containing Retrospect are not eligible for expedited delivery.

We collaborate with a network of trusted global carriers, including DHL, FedEx 2-Day, USPS, CDL, Evri, DPD, and Passport, to ensure every package arrives safely and on time.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We take great pride in the quality of every wig and carefully inspect each order before it ships. If you believe your order has a manufacturing issue or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, email us with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product
If the issue is determined to be the result of our workmanship or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Please note:
- Wigs that have been altered, worn, cut, colored, chemically processed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for repair or replacement.
- Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for review.
